1. Independent Reseller

Taylor Galerie operates as an independent reseller of furniture, lighting, bathroom products, and home furnishings supplied by third-party manufacturers and distributors.

Taylor Galerie does not manufacture the products offered for sale and works with independent suppliers and transportation providers to fulfill customer orders.

2. Shipping Arrangements

For furniture and other applicable merchandise, Taylor Galerie coordinates deliveries through independent third-party transportation companies.

For lighting products, shipping may be arranged and handled directly by the applicable lighting distributor.

Shipping costs, estimated delivery dates, and available delivery services may vary by product, supplier, and destination.

3. Transportation Damage

Transportation services are performed by independent carriers or distributor-appointed shipping providers.

Customers are encouraged to inspect their orders upon delivery and promptly report any visible damage, missing components, or damaged packaging.

Claims should include photographs, the order number, and a description of the problem.

Taylor Galerie will coordinate with the appropriate supplier or carrier to investigate and resolve eligible claims.

Taylor Galerie does not voluntarily assume additional liability for independent transportation services beyond its contractual commitments and obligations under applicable law.

4. Manufacturing Defects

Products are manufactured by independent companies, and applicable manufacturer warranties may vary.

Taylor Galerie will assist customers with warranty claims and coordinate with manufacturers or distributors when necessary.

All products remain subject to applicable legal warranties, which are not restricted by this policy.

5. Returns and Customer Responsibilities

Voluntary returns require prior authorization from Taylor Galerie.

For approved returns resulting from a change of mind, customer ordering errors, or personal preference, customers are responsible for return shipping and transportation costs.

Products must meet the return conditions communicated during the authorization process.

Where applicable law requires Taylor Galerie to provide a remedy or pay return costs, those legal obligations will take precedence.

6. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Taylor Galerie does not assume responsibility for additional losses arising solely from the independent acts of manufacturers, suppliers, or transportation providers.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, including legal warranties and remedies for products damaged during delivery.
